Public health officials across the U.S. are releasing Covid-19 guidelines for Halloween, including how trick-or-treating should be handled as well as alternatives for parties and haunted houses. In Long Island, a local grocery store is setting up a drive-thru for families. In Beverly Hills, trick-or-treaters will be banned, and streets will be blocked off to curb the tradition.
