With relatives and friends staying away from older people because of infection fears, often the only way for the elderly to see and chat is through technology. But for many, setting up Skype or downloading and any other online app is a difficult exercise, and talking through less tech-savvy friends and family can also be frustrating. Here to help, is Associate Professor Richard Buckland from the University of New South Wales.
