Prince Harry has joined the mental health focused startup, BetterUp as a senior executive. Harry will serve as the startup’s chief impact officer. In a blog post, Harry said his goal as chief impact officer is “to uplift critical dialogues around mental health, build supportive and compassionate communities and foster an environment for honest and vulnerable conversations. And my hope is to help people develop their inner strength, resilience and confidence.” Mental health is an issue that Harry has been an advocate for since 2018 when the Royal Foundation launched multiple mental health initiatives including Heads Up, which was a campaign heavily promoted by Harry, his brother William and his sister in law, Kate to de-stigmatize mental health.
